Non-Disclosure Agreement
This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date by and between the Disclosing Party and the Receiving Party.
1. Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes all non-public business, technical, or financial information
disclosed in connection with discussions between the parties.
2. Obligations
The Receiving Party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the information and not disclose it
to any third party without prior written consent.
3. Term
This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period specified in the final executed document.
